Denise Clark is a Certified Health Coach (CHC), Certified Meditation Instructor, and Certified Yin Yoga Instructor affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Her personal health journey inspired her to help other women work toward healthier, more balanced lives through supportive wellness guidance, mindfulness practices, and realistic lifestyle encouragement. After experiencing firsthand how mindfulness, meditation, and healthier daily habits can positively impact emotional well-being and overall quality of life, Denise felt called to create a supportive space where women could feel encouraged rather than overwhelmed during their wellness journey.


Denise has practiced meditation for more than two decades and has spent the past three years teaching and supporting women seeking greater calm, stress relief, mindfulness, and healthier routines. Her approach is gentle, approachable, and centered on helping women feel comfortable at every stage of their wellness journey, regardless of previous experience with meditation or wellness coaching.
